Department of Geography

The Department of Geography is the important Department of college in the social
science stream. It is established in the year 1973. The Department has U.G. , P.G.
including regular M.Phil Course and Ph.D guidance facility.
Sufficient instruments are available in the Department laboratory.
There is full strength for Geography as an optional subject with good results every
year.
Students participate in the form of poems, discussion and intelligence test, map
reading under the guidance of Teacher-in-charge of students association known as
“Bhugol Mandal” since 1990.
Geography Department has conducted two orientation courses for high school teachers
sponsored by Maharashtra State Board of Higher Education.
