Involvement of library in the national network through INFLIBNET for
(i) Bibliographic database and
(ii) INFONET Consortia.
To develop digital library by collecting the readymade electronic databases by means of CDs and by downloading free electronic databases from the internet.
To develop digitization infrastructure to digitize rare books and important documents using scanner,camera, OCR, Dublincore Metadata etc.
Library security system :
i) Electronic magnetic security system or
ii) RFID security system
