Department of Political Science
The Department of Political Science was established in the year 1970. The Department conducted survey of Latur Assembly ( Vidhan Sabha ) constituency election in 1999. It also organised pre election survey of Muncipal elections of Latur city.

Attended three conferences.Passed SET examination in Political Science. Completed orientation course at ASC Aurangabad in April 2002. Written books – SET /NET – Political Science Paper – III, (Gurusamartha Publication, February 2002). Presentation of research paper on participation of Women in Politics and Administration – Maharashtra Political Science and Public Administration Conference 2001, Rajarshi Shahu Mahavidyalaya, Latur. Published eight articles in news papers. Registered for Ph.D. in 1999.
