Rajarshi Shahu College, Latur in association with Flight Cadet Prasad Shendge Memorial Foundation Trust, Latur organises this workshop every year in the second week of September generally on 15 to 17 of the month. In this workshop three officers from Air Force Station, Bidar and the office bearers of the aforesaid trust discuss about the opportunities open for students in Military and Air Force Services. They all guide them in detail about the services. After this, one-day programme in the next two days for the overall personality development of our students various speakers from different spheres of life are called upon for guiding our students so that they get to know about other job opportunities. Mainly Goverment Officers and Exports are invited to deliver their speeches, talks, and question and answer sessions and thus the workshop is concluded.
