Establishment Section

This section deals with the following activities. Record keeping of faculty and staff
Career Improvement Scheme.
Maintain the service book.
Sanction the leave.
Deputation of faculty and staff for training and higher education.
Increment and pay fixation of faculty and staff working in institute.
Sanction of leave and service related matters.

Accounts and Cash Section

This section deals with the following activities Prepare the pay bills of faculty and staff.
This section deals with the following activities
Preparation of budget for institute and Association of budget.
Provident Fund and Group Insurance Scheme Implementation
Maintenance of GPF account
Fee Collection from students
Billing and Payments
Maintaining the Bank Accounts of Institute.

Inward / Outward Section

The Inward section receives letters from the Students, Other institutes, Head offices, Citizens and registers them in inward register. These letters are then sent to Registrar/Principal for their information, assign to concern staff and signatures if required. The signed and assigned letters are dispatched to the concern section.

The letters from the Departments/Office sent to the Concern Departments, Head offices, Individuals, Students and Citizens are registered in outward register and then dispatched.

Central Store Section

This section deals with the following activities Inviting Quotations/Enquiry Letters for the purchase of Equipments / Stationary / Items.
Maintaining the Main Dead Stock Register.
Supply of consumable items for practical, office work.
Written off the damaged/ expired/ non-useable machineries and furniture.

Admission Procedure


         1. Admissions for all the programmes are strictly on the basis of the aggregate marks of qualifying examinations.

2. The reservation policy, rules and regulations of Government of Maharashtra and Parent University are strictly followed.

3. In case the seats of the reservation category remain vacant, these are filled as per the rules.

4. Wherever necessary, admissions for special programmes will be given on the basis of entrance test, which is conducted by the college.

5. As admissions for all programmes are through the registration, the dates of registration are notified by the college on website/notice board, well in advance.

6. Admission schedule is followed strictly and late applications are not entertained.

7. Final admissions are ascertained only when the original documents and fees for the academic year are paid. Till the finalization of eligibility all the admissions will be considered as ‘Provisional’.

8. The admissions for the UG programmes are finalized up to 15th July and PG programmes up to 31st July of the concerned academic year.

9. The admissions are valid for one academic year only.

10. The students from the other colleges/Universities are admitted after the decision of college ‘Equivalence Committee’.
